Upper picture: The specificities of this Green Roof lie in its sustainability, the biodiversity, the calming water feature in front of the green wall and the great view.

Pupils from surrounding schools as well as garden associations take care of the manifold fruits and vegetables in the planting beds.  

Even the planters are equipped with a system build-up based on the drainage element Floradrain® FD 40-E.

The large courtyard was provided with a wooden deck and seating-accommodations for the employees.  

The former broadcasting buildings of the “Deutsche Welle” are visible in the background. The red building used to be the studio tower and the blue one the office tower.
